I just saw the Orchid orientation video. Very cool by the way.
Does the woman putting make-up on Hallowax look a lot like Ben’s mom Emily? Its a different woman than the one that helps Hallowax with his lab coat. Its a bit of a stretch, but its seems that the little scene of the Dr. having make-up applied was important in some way.
