So i was watching an interview with Michael Emerson on a British tv channel. (ive been over there for a few weeks) and when asked to give us a spoiler all he said was Paulo and Nickies stories are not over and expose! has more to it than meets the eye!! Just thought id share that with my fellow lost fans
what could he mean????

Snake: I do think that we will be hearing more about it, because the show was airing in the background in the last episode in Suns apartment.
Also, I can’t help but feel that Abbadon is “The Cobra”, so to speak, as it pertains to the story line. He is a very interesting character, who I can’t wait to see more of.

Makes sense that the writers would introduce something and then revisit it. Also I think i read that they planned a larger arch for there story but cut it short for fear of the writers strike. keep listing

I KNOW!! WTF with Paolo and Nikki? I just remember the confusion I felt after that episode, like WTF was all that for? It just seemed so random that they would introduce 2 new(ish) characters, bother to take us back in the story to see what they were doing all that time, and then kill them off! The whole thing was just so random - it didnt make a lick of sense! I wonder how they are going to re-introduce them. Maybe more back story?
But what about this - I have read a couple of comments on this. What if Christian Shepard is not really dead but was given a bite by one of those same spiders on purpose to appear dead? This would explain why we didnt see him in the coffin. That would explain his appearances all over the island. The only thing I cant think of is “why”? I dunno.
+1 for the tip but I am mad at you because now I will be stewing over that one again. gah!! :P
I hope they don’t re-introduce Nikki and Paulo. I found them dull and non-contributory to the grand scheme of things. Perhaps the writers did have wider plans for them, but saw the ‘light’ and realised that they were a waste of space. I think the story (i.e. paralysing spider bite) will re-surface but I don’t think the characters will be resurrected.

I think it is something with the show, Expose, like you mentioned earlier snake. I wonder how that show will tie into all of this?
And I agree with blacksand, I hope they dont re-introduce those characters. I thought they were kinda dull, too. They didnt contribute anything to the story, they just prattled on and on about the diamonds. The only potential things they introduced was the show (I guess) and maybe the spider thing. I would be kinda disappointed if it turns out that Christian Shepard got bit by a spider and wasnt really dead, though. It would almost seem that he planned crashing on the island if that were the case, and how could he possibly know that he would survive? Maybe the island promised to keep him safe, haha. But if it is about the show, it better be good. I cant see how a TV show would be all that big of a deal to the plotline of this TV show. I cant wait till Thursday! These F-ers better answer some questions already!!

Hmmm….this would be VERY interesting if true….The only thing I can think of is some type of tie to the beard Tom was wearing and the Dharma theatrical glue/supplies. It still bothers me that the Others did not want our Losties to know their real names…It maybe gives credence to the theory that the entire thing is one big Dharma experiment and that Ben and Company are actors playing roles—dangerous roles, but roles nonetheless….Wouldn’t it be funny if the whole island was on a soundstage live Truman Show???

I liked the epi too…But i remember thinking that Paolo was some sort of agent or investigator. I really think that Paolo is NOT who we think he is. And we`ll find that out soon too! Cant wait for some answers….soem REAL answers….They should have called the show A…R…G….H !! (lol)
Honestly, I don’t believe Nikki and Paulo will be back back per say. I think the plot in that episode of Expose was merely mirroring what Sayid and Desmond (we) found out about Ben in Ji Yeon. That is to say that here we thought Widmore staged the crash when all along it was Ben (supposedly).

i thing it was a bbc channel not sure which one though i didnt watch much tv while in the uk just flicked through really it was a news type show on early in the morning hope that helps

Okay I am gonna have to go back and watch the Nikki and Paulo epi again. I am ashamed to admit, I cant really remember what that Expose was about. I just remember Nikki was a devious little trout. sigh I guess being hot is enough… :P
