Does anyonr remember when Smokie pulled Locke into the hole in season 1?
Then Kate threw the dynamite down the hole and kinda blew Smokie out of the other side? Why hasn’t this hole been referenced or explored by the losties? It didn’t seem very deep, and I was just wondering why Smokie would pull him down that hole? I don’t really have a theory, just a querie, more or less. That is all my fellow myopics!!!!!!

the hole was just ventway to the underground tunnels that the smoke monster travels in. kelvin and radzinsky discovered the monster and called it “cerberus”. they also found the vent shafts it traveled in and called them CV’s or cerberus vents.
+1 Mr Bluhm, I’d forgotten about that too. I seem to remember some posts about there possibly being two Smokeys, one good, one bad., But what the dynamite did to that Smokey, I just don’t know. I don’t think we ever saw it approach Locke again.
