Probs all ready a theory on here but ahhh well.
from watching the constant it made me realise a strong connection that the the only 4 (Jack, Kate, Hurley and Sayid) oceanic six that we know have.
they were not near the hatch when it exploded, well imploded.
So my theory is, that everybody who was close to the hatch when it imploded were exposed to so much radiation that when they leave the island ther conciousness goes back in time as we see with Desmond in “constant”.
So how did jack, kate, hurley, and sayid get of the island without going back in time. Well because they were not near the hatch when it imploded. Jack, Kate and hurley had beed captured by the others and sayid was on the boat with Jin and Sun.
If this theory is correct it meens the other 2 oceanic six can only be Jin or Sun or Saywer (he was also captured by the others)
I think its Jin and Sun because i cant see one of them going and leaving the other on the island . Of course unless one of them dies….

Nice observation about who was gone when the hatch imploded. I would tend to agree with you, but how do you explain Aaron? Is Aaron too young to have any ill effects from leaving the island?

Its not actually Aaron ( although it blatently is )
does Aaron count as one of the oceanic 6??? therefore sawyer could still be one of the six, making it less likley that it would be sun and jin.
we know four of the oceanic six so ther is still two to be discovered. Dont think Aaron will count tho but that doesnt explain how he was able to leave the island. So if this theory is correct its either
saywer and jin Saywer and sun sun and jin <––––- the most likely one as they wudent leave the island without eachother
the last bit of my comment went spazzy so ill do it again. There are three possibilities to who the other two oceanic six are………………………… Saywer and Jin. Saywe and Sun. Sun and jin ( most likey in my opinion)

In Eggtown, Saywer makes it pretty clear he doesn’t want to leave the island and he has nothing to go back to………
I don’t buy that Rimland. I think he was just saying that to try to persuade Kate to stay there with him, but if she was leaving I think he would go as well. What would you rather do?
a) Play backgammon all day with Locke then spend your nights with Rose and Bernard.
b) Go back to LA with very very nice Kate.

desmond is not an oceanic survivor as he was not on the oceanic plane, so he doesn’t count
+1 locke, I do believe you’re right about Sun and Jin! Nice job figuring i out. ;-)
Though it will be interesting to see what happens to Desmond. It would appear that he is stuck on the freighter, as travelling back to the island could be a problem for him. Maybe the real reason why he was unable to leave the island on his boat was that he blacked out and that some other consciousness took over and headed his ship back to a safer distance to the island. Does the freighter return to some port or are the people on the freighter going to perish? Desmond’ s future now seems tied to the future of those on the freight.
i also think its sun and jin, based on the fact rose and bernard want to stay on the island…and that they were both on the boat during the electromagnetic pulse. this is my 1st post!

The other two of the Oceanic Six are …
Claire and Locke.
Claire because she goes to LA and gives her baby up for adoption to Kate.
Locke because he’s flipped out again and decided to leave the Island in order to wage holy war on Ben on the mainland, as the “Economist”.
And the body in the coffin is Walt.
This is a pointless comment - but it is sad to think that Bernard and Rose wouldn’t make it.
