A four toed statue that appears to be of ancient roman decent on the shore of a mysterious island lost somewhere in the South Pacific.

I’ve thought about this since “Live Together, Die Alone” first aired.

It finally came to me.

In Season 3’s “Through the Looking Glass”, Ben tells Richard to “Take them to the temple” (this may not be word for word). The temple? A four toed statue that appears to be of [ ancient roman decent ] on the shore of a mysterious island lost somewhere in the South Pacific. . .

the four toed statue is ” the temple ”.

Ben has been seen displaying a few maps here and there. I can’t remember when, but I know one of them contained the shape of a triangle. This triangle could be where certain points connect to make the location of the statue.

The triangle represents the temple physically. Ben and the others get to kill two birds with one giant stone statue on this one.

1. ) They once again get to impress people with their flair for the theatrical (ala disguises, fake beards, etc) AND

2. ) They get to house their ‘temple’ in an unlikely place - a four toed statue with the rest of the body missing.

By the way - I’m positive the statue never had any other parts to it. It was always ONLY a calf and foot.
