Ben says his name is Dean Moriad (I dont know the correct spelling), and then the lady checks the book, and gets a sort of shock. She also says his last name differenly. She says Moriaty, with a Y on the end.
I do not know why she gets the shock, but I think she knows something.

Ben said he was a preferred guest. She looked this up and obviously there is a note that says something along the lines of ‘VIP do what every he asks’
Moriarty was also the name of the Vinyards involved in the wine that Desmond was making at the monastery.

Moriaty is also Sherlock Holme’s arch nemesis. The first supervillian.

I also thought she gave a weird look after looking up the name in teh book, but after watching it again, I think it is simply a look of “Oh, he IS a preferred guest, I need to be extra professional/attentive to this guy” because he didnt appear to be a preferred guest when he arrives, all dirty and whatnot.
