This may have been posted already, but as many people might spell names differently, I might not have typed the correct search string in to find postings.
As a result of the break between episodes, I’m rewatching season 4. I noticed that after Ben asks Danielle to take Alex far away, Danielle is the one who finds Naomi’s trail. I’m wondering is she created the fake trail to make everyone not able to find her in an attempt to stall being found and to protect Alex.
I also believe this because of the way she looked at Ben after he finally told Jack that Kate had taken the satellite phone while she was hugging him. It was a look of, “Why are you telling him that? I thought we didn’t want him to know.”
I also don’t get why people flagged this as not a theory. It is a theory. It might not be the best theory, and you are welcome to give it a negative rating if you so desire, but in my opinion, it IS a theory.
Interesting Little…
If that is the case, why do you think she wanted to stall? What would her purpose/intention be?
Maybe she doesn’t want to leave the island, and she believes Ben and wants to protect her daughter.
Wasn’t a wounded Locke also just there, and disappeared before Naomi did, without anyone knowing which direction he took? Couldn’t one blood trail have been Naomi’s and the other Lockes’? Maybe there’s something that prevents that being so, but I’m not aware of?
Why is this flagged as not a theory?
