Everyone has been talking about the clue in the pilot that the producers are talking about…I think it’s Locke’s cut on his face. Sayid says in one episode something like, “We all crash landed here on a plane and nobody has a scratch on them.” Then i thought of the only person that really did get a noticeable injury and it was Locke with that gash down his face (besides Jack’s cut on his back which I’ll just ignore for now) .
In Claire’s nightmare Locke’s right eye is the black one, his left the white. The right eye was the one with the cut through it. This means in some obscure way that Locke is good, pure (white) and will be in the end.The island cancelled out one side of Locke, the bad side, by cutting him across that eye. yea idon’t even believe it…but i’m tired of thinking and reading about 2.3mil and freighter folk
The only important thing in the pilot that I think a lot of people missed out on was Christian Shepard’s white tennis shoe hanging in the tree, that was pretty cool.
Oh, and what about Kate sewing up the gash in Jack’s back? He looked pretty injured to me.
