sob no more Fred; Beyond Fred? Freddie & Nothingness… cry

deep breath OK, you know Fred & LOST have completely merged for me. They are cross-speculating in my mind now. This thing about Dr. Alpert—being clean shaven and the eye shadow? I think of two things—one is Fred needing to have his hair close cropped because of some kind of treatment he’s getting from Dr. Alpert (did shell suggest this a while ago?—sorry if I stole that shell). And the eye-liner—Richard, Boone, but Fred refuses. The importance of the eye-imagery on the show. The dark shadows on the eye—a dark vision? Boone acts as a spirit guide from beyond death. Or could he be alive in some shadow realm? Some dream realm? Does Richard travel between realities? And Fred’s refusal—his refusal to go along with the abduction to this alternative or shadow realm? Where the aliens are?

Walt is on the raft because he didn’t follow Vincent’s command to burn the second raft. Walt’s psychic power, his ability to project himself to Shannon is a counter to the aliens and a reason that Vincent has to get rid of Shannon. Charlie—the great alien killer hero also has visions. Fred has the same power and doesn’t want his visions under the control of Dr. Alpert (that’s what the refusal to wear eye makeup means).

It was a sad episode? I know the producer has denied the St. Elsewhere ending, so that can’t mean what I think it does, can it?

He’s still wearing a blue shirt. This is significant. You can think of star trek but also blue is for boys. Gender issues? Was he previously or is he actually female. Still can’t figure out the reason for the transgender parent.

He STILL has that tick in his right arm. I saw it 3 times…around 1:48 and around 4:01, and another time i can’t remember. Possible tick, possible focal epilepsy (hint to other focal epilepsy i.e. Temporal lobe epilepsy)

Fred seems to take on the appearance(identity?) of others pretty readily. He was growing a beard previously after being inspired by Jack. Then, he changes his appearance again after Dr. Alpert told him to.

1:44, 1:57 and 4:01 watch his right shoulder. Its a twitch….or else his shirt is too big and he’s trying to lift it up…….hmmm “lift it up”, that seems vaguely familiar

looking forward to part 14,the plane separated into three pieces fred.
