Remember how Charlie had those bandages on his fingers on which he wrote the word fate and then late, followed by a dream in which the letters turned back to fate?
Seems to be little bit of foreshadowing that Charlie’s fate would come late (but not never)…

He had the writing on the bandages at the beginning of the show (Season 1), I am not sure when he changed it from fate to late. The dream in which the letters changed back to fate took place in Fire and Water (Season 2).

i think you are spot own…his ultimate FaTE may be LATE…….which is the word said byt eh whtie rabbit in Alice in wonderland “i’m Late, I’m LAte”……charlie dies “supposedly” at the TLG ……definitely a connection
