What did she need dynamite for?

So so many questions.
When Locke was sitting outside the door that contained Sawyer and his father, Rose stopped by. What did she need dynamite for? Could she be trying to rescue her daughter?
It was Rousseau who wanted the dynamite! check out my theory ‘Fight back’ for my view!
That was Danielle Rousseau. Not sure what she wanted them for, maybe something to do with Sayid digging holes.
