Jacob has been cast… When asked who the person was, Emerson stated, “That person is a person who already worked on Lost…but you have never heard that person’s voice and I don’t think you ever will. I don’t know that you’re ever going to see that person clearly.”
It is safe to say Jacob is not Jack, or John, or anyone of our major cast members, It seems that Jacob is just Jacob.

“Someone who already worked on Lost”? But we haven’t heard his voice…hmm. Perhaps Alvar Hanso? He appeared in the orientation video, but we never actually heard his voice.
