Please read my other theory before this one - it really will make no sense if you don’t as they barely make sense anyway.

Please don’t slate me too hard or take this all to seriously, its just a run on from my previous thread.

Desmond

Dharma enter the island, up to this point this is the first island intrusion that hasn’t been orchestrated by Jacob. now in some sort of containment shack Jacob is unable to alter events from preventing this. Armed and scientifically manned to the hilt Dharma enter the island and begin research on the islands ‘power’ and begin a search for Jacob.

During the war between Dharma and the hostiles, Jacob is found by Dharma who attempt to move him from his Prison/Shack. Once out of his confinement Jacob wills a deadly virus on the island in order to kill all beings that were not born to the island in the form of a smoke monster (The Incident).

Dharma’s scientific team immediately research ways in which to repel the smoke monster and create the injection and the fence(Do we see Juliette repel the smoke monster when fighting with Kate The flash’s??). Research begins on ways to absorb contain Jacobs power and the hatch is produced which works as a magnet for the power. sucking it in and preventing Jacob from using his gifts. The hatch absorbs the power from Jacob and every 108 minutes releases it onto the island. allowing normal people to see and hear the things in their minds.

Jacob now desperate sits and waits out an opportunity. He needs someone who doesn’t follow through someone who at some point will fail and stop pressing the button and turn the key releasing him from his captures.

The hostiles keen to take back Jacob and control of the island in list the help of Benjamin an inside source and as we now know take back the island.

Benjamin convinces the dood in the hatch to keep pressing the button or the it will be the end of our world (Jacob will open up a can of kick ass) and we know is after misquoted by people saying the “end of THE world”.

Jacob needs someone else in the hatch someone unreliable. During the burial of the second dood in the hatch after he shot his own brains across the ceiling the button is late in being pressed and Jacob has an opportunity to summon form outside.

Enter Desmond and his ship. Jacob knows that Desmond at some point will mess pushing the button up. and waits a long 4 years before his day comes. and low and behold Desmond in a fight with the second hatch guy fails to push the button allowing Jacob to will 815 to the island.

enter a hunter,a medic, a tracker, a con man everything Jacob needs to take back his island, all he has to do now is manipulate the destruction of the hatch. and the events to follow.

and once again our story begins

If this goes down well I have some additions to this theory that I would like to add. (You may have noticed I have intentionally left out Danielle and the whole child snatching thing). Also with regard to Ben’s parentage I can post an interesting what if thats fits in perfectly.

Also I have a complex Locke story as an addition.

Line of people boarding a helicopter being rescued from the island. We see a glimpse of Jacob jumping into the cue with his head down and face covered with a hood.

Rescuer “Can I Have You Names Please”

‘Jack Sheppard’ “Climb Aboard”

‘Kate Austin’ “On you go”

…………………. “Sir Name Please”

…………………. ” Sir Please can I have your name”

Jacob looks up slowly and the music gets intense. you can see his eyes his nose his lips…………….
