Forgive me if I’m about to tread in familiar waters with some of you.I havent been here long and my theory has to do with season 2.

First off, to get down to it, this is a theory about the balloon and the people involved with it. The episode i’m referring to is called “Dave”. Hurley confesses to Libby that he has a problem with food and she tells him to destroy it. He does, but what do you know, an air balloon falls from the sky, treating our Losties to loads of food and supplies.

1 Questioned asked: Who sent it?

Now, the person that sent the food, I am now calling him or her The Sender. Now this person has had to been around a while, because I think he or she would have to have known about the island from the beginning or at least the not too far after that. Another thing this person must have is Money. Another is connections, but money can buy that. The Sender has to be able to send a plane, helicopter, spacehip, some sort of air craft in order to get it to the island.Money is def needed for that. POWER, and a lot of it. Doing something like dropping packages containing anything isnt going to be unnoticed. So there has to be a way to cover it up, to leave no trail.

Possible Candidates:

First guess, Mr. Paik. He has money. We damn well know he has power. He is old enough. Plus the man from the orientation videos(I dont know his name) is Asian right?(at least he looks it) It wounldn’t be a streatch to say that they know each other.

Second is Christian Shepard. He would be a good choice for me other than the fact that that he is dead. But then again, how do we know he is for sure…

Third, Mr. Widmore. He has all the things to make it happen. I can definatley see him being a key part in being linked to Dharma.

Ok for some reason i got a brain freeze. I’ll just wrap this up.

Lastly, The Sender is unknown right know. But i dont think we’ve seen the last of him. Something tells me that there is alot going on there.

It just the fact that Dharma is still sending things even though the Initiative has been killed. I mean Dharma is big right?Why wouldnt there be people off the island that still think there is something Actually legit going on on the island.

Like i said forgive me if someone already posted something like this. I was just came to me while i was reading the LOST magazine.
