Sorry if these have already been noted.
Jack says to boone that there are no survivors, but later he asks in the episode if that was the thing that killed the pilot.
Jin slaps Suns hand when she tries to help with the food later when Jin walks away she unbuttons the top button of her shirt. Something that Jin had told her not to do.
You dont actually see Charlie taking drugs, it is just implied that he does. (Brown sugar is used for the heroine scenes.
Lockes first words are talking about backgammon it should be noted that he describes the pieces as light and dark not just black and white.
Sawyer is the first one to get into a fight and an argument. He then insults half the group. It seems like he wants everyone to hate him. When he shoots the polar bears he seems suprised when it falls over and dies. Maybe he expected to be hit or wanted to be be killed.
I noticed that Jack and Locke have cuts above their eyes in the pilot and I didnt think it was worth mentioning. But I saw a lot more people with cuts above or around their eyes. Even Hurley!!
Kate asks how to take apart a gun even though she almost certainly does. Since she was an outlaw. Perhaps she was trying to cover her story.
In the French Womans transmission she talks about the black rock. But Shannon doesnt translate this.
(This has already been pointed out a lot) The french transmission has been running on a loop for 16 years

I noticed the thing what Boone said - I thought it was a bit weird seeing as though they didn’t tell anyone about the Pilot.
The thing about Sun undoing her top button, she did that out of spite to her husband, sortof rebelling against him.
Well I don’t think the production team were actually going to give proper heroine for Charlie to use - that would be dumb.
Kate did that to cover up the fact that she was with the martial on the plane. At that point no one knows that she’s the fugitive. Which is also similar to what she does in one of her flashbacks when theres a bank robbery - she pretends not to know how to use a gun to cover up the fact that she was in on the robbery.
Shannon probably doesn’t know too much French, and she could well have been nervous/anxious at that point in time.
Yup, 16 years. The amount of time that Danielle has been on the Island. And of course, one of the numbers.
